The smallest pavilion can usually be built without a building permit. The Pavilion can carry winter’s snow load and the high-quality structure is transferable - you can move it to a new location.

Pre-assembled delivery
Lucia Pavilion is ready to use straight away. It is delivered pre-assembled on a truck and is lifted to the place to your liking. The customer provides simple foundation according to the soil. The structure has adjustable feet, which makes the installation easy and fast. The pavilion can also be installed on a pontoon.

Guarantee
We offer our experiential spaces a two year guarantee, apart from the glazing which has a five year guarantee.

Delivery span
The delivery span of our products is 7 to 8 weeks.
